Absolute Personal Fitness can set you up on the type of
program that is right for you. We can write you basic
workout routine, an alternating workout routine, or a
3-, 4-, 5-, or 6-day per week workout program. Your workout
program will be customized to your level of fitness, whether
you are a beginner or advanced. We can also provide you
with travel workouts that can be done with or without
equipment.
- The
workouts are generally 15-weeks in length, however, if
you are an athlete looking for workout programs specific
to each season (pre-season, in-season, off-season, etc.)
or training phase, contact us and we can discuss your
situation.
- You
can choose from one of several workout printout styles
depending on the font size and page set up that is right
for you.
