The advantage of having us personally take you through your workouts is that we provide motivation and we ensure that you are performing each exercise safely and effectively. Absolute Personal Fitness can also continually update and modify your workouts based upon how you are progressing, and you can give us instant feedback. We can also occasionally incorporate a health, fitness, and performance evaluation into your session in order to monitor your progress. Generally, personal training clients meet with us 1 to 4 times per week, but can meet as frequently as you want. If you do not have your own workout equipment, we will bring our workout equipment to you at no extra charge.
